PEARL CITY HIGH SCHOOL IS SEEKING A HEAD COACH FOR THE VARSITY FOOTBALL PROGRAM This position will include staffing the varsity and junior varsity football programs. Some duties include: Compliance with all state, league, and school policies, regulations and procedures, effective delivery of instruction as it relates to teaching/coaching of football, staffing, monitoring of grades, supervisory responsibilities, character development, and developing a productive and positive relationship with the school and community. Be able to do any duties asked of by the Principal and Athletic Director. Minimum requirements: Previous high school coaching experience, NFHS Fundamentals of Coaching Certified, conducts self in an ethical and professional manner, handles administrative responsibilities appropriately and effectively, and is able to communicate effectively with all role groups and work well with people.
