Kalaheo High School is seeking Assistant Coaches for the following sports:
Air Riflery
Baseball
Flag Football
Football
Wrestling
Duties and Responsibilities
● Assisting the Head Coach with Organizing and supervising Athletics Program
● Communicating with student athletes, parents/guardians, school administration
● Preventative procedures
● Finances, inventory of equipment, care of facilities
● Public relations
● Adherence to DOE/OIA policies
Qualifications
● College degree preferred
● Teaching experience preferred
● NFHS fundamentals of coaching certification
● Knowledge of the rules and regulations of High School Athletics
● Good communication skills, computer literacy, Google applications (mail, drive, sheets, meets, etc.)
● Knowledge of DOE/OIA policies
● At least two years of coaching experience at the high school level or above (preferred)
