Aiea High School is Seeking a Head Girls Soccer Coach

Aiea High School is looking for a dedicated and passionate Head Girls Soccer Coach to lead our program. We are seeking an experienced leader who can develop student-athletes both on and off the field while fostering a culture of teamwork, sportsmanship, and excellence.

Qualifications:

 Previous coaching experience at the high school or collegiate level preferred
 Strong knowledge of basketball fundamentals, strategy, and player development
 Ability to create and implement effective practice plans and game strategies
 Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
 Commitment to academic achievement and character development of student-athletes
 Familiarity with Hawaii High School Athletic Association (HHSAA) and Oahu Interscholastic Association (OIA) regulations
 Must pass background checks and complete required coaching certifications

Responsibilities include:

Plan and conduct team practices, conditioning, and game preparation
Develop athletes’ skills while promoting teamwork and discipline
Supervise assistant coaches and support staff
Coordinate with school administration and athletic department
Ensure student-athletes meet academic and behavioral expectations
Foster a culture of integrity, dedication, and sportsmanship
