Kaimuki High School is accepting applications for the Head Wrestling Coach position. Some of the duties and qualifications are listed but are not limited to: DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES: Organize and supervise all aspects of sports program including JV Relating and communicating with student-athletes and parents. Administration duties include: monitoring of grades, attendance, character development. Maintain facilities, uniforms and equipment. Must be able to work well with others within the school such as Athletic Trainers, other coaches, and teachers/support staff. Able to perform any duties asked by the Principal and Athletic Director. Adherence to DOE/OIA Policies and Procedures
QUALIFICATIONS: College graduates are preferred but not required. Knowledge of High School Wrestling rules. Effective communication skills, both orally and in writing. Effective organizational and time management skills. Fundraising and budgeting skills. Philosophy on academics in regards to athletics. NFHS coaching certification is preferred.
